Last Monday I mentioned to my boss's PA, about my confirmation. Suppose being confirmed on 1st July, but I didn't mention to her early. That's because in my appointment letter, my probation is 6 months. I'd ask her why my probation is 6 months, but other colleague was just 3 months? She said junior position suppose is 6 months, while senior position is 3 months.

So funny, in my appoinment letter, my position title is "Account cum Admin Assistant", also don't have any junior word? I got another colleague at Jln Imbi, her position title is "Junior Account Executive", so that why she have to be confirmed after 6 months.

Last Tuesday, she came in and asked me

PA: Jo, according to your letter, your probation is 6 months wor. I afraid that boss will ask me back, how come so fast confirm you, since that your probation is 6 months.
Jojo: I knew it. That's why I also late to remind you about my confirmation. Coz I was thinking how going to tell you.
PA: Ic, so how ah?
Me: Just say that, that is not compulsory must wait 6 months only confirm ma
PA: Ya I know. Erm...anyway, why you need so fast being confirm??
Me: (Actually when she ask this Q, I got a bit zha dao. Since she asking me, so I just said...) Coz I need money. My current salary is not enough to spend.
PA: Oh....why ah?
Me: I need pay car installment, need pay for my mom, petrol bla bla...
PA: Oh ok. Then I try to help you talk about it.

That's it. Maybe she quite rich ba and using company car, never think about other people that need pay car installment and petrol? Now petrol price increased, it more burden me.

Today, she took my profile and brought to my boss to see. On that time I'm busying with my job. After back from lunch, I saw my file on my table. That was a small note wrote "It is confirm and salary review to RM 2000.00" Actually he wrote RM 1950 first, but I saw him cancel it and changed to RM 2k. If he really just increase RM 150 for me, I'll complain it. Because they promise me will give me increment at least RM 200. My boss quite weird one. For those performance not very good, will pay increment more than RM 200. For those performance good + hardworking + experience = just increase RM 200 only. Why ah? Ms Lee, got so many experience and hardworking, just pay her RM 200 only. While that group accountant, her performance so lack, also will pay her RM 500. Even my engineer here also pay more than RM 200. I wonder my boss is it see depend on staff certificate? Group Accountant got ACCA cert. Engineer also got degree cert. Ms Lee and me also don't have any high certificate.

Today being confirmed, but I feel not so excited. Maybe I already know how much he will pay for me. Even my mom them I haven't didn't tell yet. I also don't know whether I want use happy face to tell them, or sad face?

Just extra more Rm100++ to use after deduction of EPF and socso. Better than nothing ba. Gain experience as much as possible. At least I try to take other company account to do as part time.

Just sometime feel very unfair.
